The World Illustration Exhibition for the 50th Anniversary of the International Hans Christian Andersen Award (Zhanjiang Station) showcases the delicate brushstrokes and unrestrained creativity of painters to the audience. The outstanding works on tour not only include the well-known Andersen’s works such as ‘The Little Match Girl’, ‘The Little Mermaid’, and ‘Thumbelina’, but also frequent visitors in children’s picture books, such as Willie the Dreamer, Froggy, and The Three Robbers.
