Star Ferry

• Recognized as one of Hong Kong’s iconic symbols, the Star Ferry has received numerous awards from various organizations and international media for its unique style and experience. • It is not only an essential part of the sea-crossing transportation system between Hong Kong and Kowloon but also a must-visit experience for tourists visiting Hong Kong. • National Geographic Traveler once listed taking the Star Ferry to cruise Victoria Harbour as one of the ’50 Places of a Lifetime’. To this day, the Star Ferry maintains a retro look, with wooden benches and iron fans in the cabin, exuding the charm of old Hong Kong. Currently, the Star Ferry operates two ferry routes, stopping at three piers, namely the Tsim Sha Tsui – Central line and the Tsim Sha Tsui – Wan Chai line, with the latter being more suitable for enjoying the Victoria Harbour night view. The ferry is open all year round from 06:30 to 23:30, with different flight times for each route. The specific business status is subject to the actual opening conditions of the day. Concessions for infants: under 3 years old (not included), free service facilities. Toilets: Most ships are equipped with restrooms.
