Sam’s Building, originally known as the Sam Bank Building, was first established in 1918 and stands as a quintessential example of Neo-Renaissance style architecture. The exterior sculptures and curves of the building exude a Baroque flair, which, despite the passage of time, still maintains a splendid appearance with relatively well-preserved features. It has now become a popular spot for photoshoots on Instagram and Xiaohongshu. However, due to construction, Sam’s Building is often closed to the public, making it difficult to enter, but visitors can still appreciate the exterior. It is open all day from January 1st to December 31st.
