Although located in the bustling commercial center of a metropolis, the memorial hall is immersed in an unusually peaceful atmosphere, resembling a gem embedded in a lush land, attracting people like a powerful magnet to explore its rich historical heritage and feel the condensed spirit of the era. The total area of the Fourth National Congress Memorial Hall is approximately 3040 square meters, with the basic exhibition hall area being about 1839 square meters, making it a historical museum of social science. The exhibition hall of the Fourth National Congress Memorial Hall is divided into four main parts: ‘Rising Tides’, ‘Historical Monuments’, ‘Awakening the Workers and Peasants’, and ‘Red Hongkou’. Opening hours: From January 1st to September 28th, open Tuesday to Sunday from 09:00 to 11:30 and 13:30 to 16:30; from October 1st to December 31st, open Tuesday to Sunday from 09:00 to 11:30 and 13:30 to 16:30; closed all day on Mondays during both periods; open on National Day from 09:00 to 16:30; on September 29th, open from 13:30 to 16:30; on September 30th, open from 09:00 to 16:30.
