The ancient city of Suzhou, graced by the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, has become a paradise where merchants from all corners of the world gather. To this day, nearly half of Suzhou’s freight volume is still supported by waterways, adding a unique charm to the Suzhou Ancient Canal. Here, you can take a leisurely walk along the canal or opt for a boat tour, with willows brushing against the water along the banks, creating a myriad of enchanting scenes. The night view from a cruise is exceptionally beautiful, with vibrant lights complementing the ancient architecture of Suzhou, blending harmoniously and intoxicating visitors, allowing them to fully appreciate the softness and exquisiteness of the millennium-old city of Suzhou. Along the way, you will pass by ten ancient city gates of Suzhou, including Pan Gate, Xu Gate, Jin Gate, and Lu Gate, as well as twenty bridges with diverse styles. The specific attractions vary depending on the cruise ticket, with details disclosed on the ticket itself. Night cruises also feature Pingtan performances and guided explanations, allowing guests to immerse in the historical anecdotes of Suzhou and experience the profound cultural essence of the ancient city while sightseeing. The opening hours are from January 1st to December 31st, open all day, with different operating hours for each dock based on actual conditions. Preferential policies for children include free boat tickets for those under 1.2 meters in height; half-price tickets for those between 1.2 meters (not included) and 1.4 meters (not included).
