This architectural gem is a villa-style garden house with a Spanish-style grand staircase leading directly to the entrance. The interior has been transformed into an exhibition space, and the former flower bed in front of the house has been converted into a pond. In 1885, the site became the property of the Portuguese government in Macau. After the 1960s, it was repurposed as the Camões Museum and now serves as the headquarters of the Orient Foundation. Open all year round from Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. A must-see travel guide for visitors: The layout of this residence pioneered the garden-style residences in Macau. The Spanish-style grand staircase at the entrance leads directly into the exhibition space, and the flower bed in front of the house has been replaced by a pond.
