Kang Zhenjun Temple / Wangxia Mutual Aid Association

Situated alongside the Puti Zan Yuan on Mei Fujiang Road, the Wangxia Kang Zhenjun Temple features a building that was restored during the late Qing Dynasty, specifically in the first year of the Guangxu Emperor’s reign. The temple’s entrance is adorned with a couplet that reads: ‘The fruit of the Tao is revered in the heavenly palace, while its might is felt in the remote corners of the sea.’ The temple complex consists of two halls, one dedicated to Kang Gong and the other to Tianhou. Within the temple, there is a historical stele from the Guangxu period titled ‘Kang Zhenjun Temple’s Inscription Record,’ which documents the temple’s properties.
