This library is located in Heisha Huan Park. It opened in 2004 and has an area of 220 square meters. It is equipped with a reading area, an audio-visual materials room, and a newspaper and periodical reading area for citizens to relax and study. The library has about 6,570 books, 374 audio-visual materials, 51 kinds of newspapers from various places, and 134 kinds of magazines. There are 60 reading seats. Due to its convenient location, it attracts many neighbors to come and read newspapers or other books.
