Jyun-Yuan

Jyun-Yuan is the cemetery of Teresa Teng. Whenever you come to Jyun-Yuan, you will find a continuous flow of people and never-fading flowers. In front of the tombstone engraved with her portrait are flowers offered by fans. Jyun-Yuan is divided into two parts: square and cemetery. The square is a bit larger than the cemetery. On the ground, there is a piano “buried”, with only the huge keyboard exposed. In the middle of the square is a full-body statue of Teresa Teng, with outstretched hands and a slight smile. The garden specially designed a musical note garden, arranging musical note symbols with small shrubs to show Teresa Teng’s love for music in her lifetime. At the entrance of the cemetery, there is an automatic jukebox containing 10 famous songs of Teresa Teng, including popular hits such as “When Will You Come Again” and “Small Town Story”, which are played in a loop every day. In the peaceful mountains, sweet and elegant songs are floating all day long, as if the eternal memory of fans. The coffin cover in Jyun-Yuan is polished from black marble. On the right stands a huge stone with the words “Jyun-Yuan” inscribed by James Soong, the current chairman of the People First Party. On the left stands a stone tablet with the same epitaph engraved in multiple languages – “Here lies a superstar who dedicated her life to the art of singing.” Opening hours: Open all day all year. Service facilities: Barrier-free services: barrier-free parking lot, barrier-free entrance.
