The exterior of Yilan Art Museum features a traditional Japanese wooden structure with stone tiles, meticulously reconstructed by architects using original cypress wood materials, preserving the authentic historical characteristics. The museum has been reconstructed by architects using original cypress wood, retaining the pure historical architectural features and combining them with a new glass structure of the art museum. Inspired by the ambiance of old streets and shops in Kyoto, Japan, it presents a new look for the art museum. Open all year round, Tuesday to Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
