The Pocket Museum is a museum dedicated to collecting miniature artworks. There are more than 200 miniature treasures from home and abroad in the museum. When curator Lin Wenren and his wife traveled to Amsterdam, they were attracted by exquisite miniature artworks. Since then, they have started to collect various miniature artworks, and thus the current museum came into being. Entering the Pocket Museum is like stepping into a time tunnel. Exhibits such as Tudor architecture and Victorian mansions look small, beautiful, and the images are extremely realistic, and are very worthy of viewing. The exhibition space inside the Pocket Museum – Strolling through the Pocket Museum is like entering a time tunnel with exotic flavors. Miniature art originating from the German court aristocrats in the 16th century has spread throughout Europe and North America. These small artworks, from large building structures to small keys on the desk, are all made in strict accordance with a certain reduction ratio. A ratio of 1:12 of the real object is the mainstream in the world. The Pocket Museum searches all over the world to collect the works of miniature art masters. It has a world-class collection scale. After the all-encompassing miniature masterpieces are combined and arranged, there are currently about two hundred theme works on display, mainly including dollhouses that present the interior and exterior layout of the entire building, roomboxes that are exquisite portrayals of various rooms, and theme works full of fun and creativity.
