The Xinzhu Fishing Port is located on the seaside in the northwestern suburbs of Xinzhu City. Originally built by fishermen for their livelihood, it has transformed into a leisure-oriented port due to the depletion of fishery resources. Xinzhu’s coastal fishery is abundant, with different fish species available in all seasons, making it a paradise for fishing enthusiasts. On weekends and holidays, groups of anglers can be seen fishing here. Over the past decade, a tourist strip has been built along the coast, with an increasing number of leisure facilities added, providing a high-quality rest area for residents and tourists.
