Ciyun Pavilion, situated atop Shilin Official Residence, is a memorial constructed by Mr. Chiang in honor of his mother. From this vantage point, one can enjoy panoramic views of Shezi Island, the Tamsui River, and the sunset over Guanyin Mountain, capturing the beauty of the landscape. The pavilion is open to visitors from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM all year round.
