The Hu Shi Memorial Hall is composed of the former residence, exhibition rooms, and a cemetery. The former residence, with its white walls and blue windows, maintains the original layout as it was during Hu Shi’s lifetime. Adjacent to the residence, the exhibition rooms display Hu Shi’s academic achievements, along with his manuscripts and personal items. The cemetery, located on a green hillside across the street from the research institute, faces the former residence. The hall is open year-round from Tuesday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. It is mandatory to note that smoking, eating, drinking, and pets are prohibited in the exhibition area, and photography is not allowed.
