Boasting over 200 years of history, this temple is a harmonious blend of Taoism, Buddhism, and Confucianism. The main hall venerates the principal deity, Chen Yuan Guang, known as the Guardian Deity of Zhangzhou. The downstairs area of the rear hall is dedicated to the Bodhisattva Guanyin, while the upstairs honors the God of Literature, Wenchang Dijun. The temple is open to visitors from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM all year round.
