In spring, there are seas of peach and plum blossoms. In summer, one can taste alpine fruits and vegetables. In autumn, red leaves are dancing and pines and cypresses are lush. In winter, the mountain peaks are covered with snow as white as crystal and jade. Each season has different sceneries. Among them, Taoshan Waterfall is one of the famous alpine waterfalls in Taiwan. Along the way, one can see the peaks of Taoshan and Xueshan and overlook the panoramic view of Wuling. The Qijiawan River catchment area is now the ‘Taiwanese Formosan Landlocked Salmon Wildlife Reserve’, which is a very large wild reserve in Taiwan. Open all year round and all day.
