Gornergrat is a ridge near Zermatt, from where one can enjoy a panoramic view of over 4000-meter snow-capped mountains stretching from Monte Rosa to the Matterhorn. Additionally, visitors can overlook the impressive Gornergletscher, a long glacier in the Alpine region. The viewing platform is open all year round, operating 24 hours a day, with the specific operational status subject to the daily opening conditions.
