The Hualien Railway Culture Park, originally the headquarters for the early Hualien-Taitung Railway, was responsible for overseeing the eastern railway and highway engineering until the relocation of the Hualien Station in 1988

Pavilion One of the Hualien Railway Culture Park is located next to the current Hualien Bus Terminal
The quadrangular wooden building features an elegant design with a distinctive Western-style spire roof, which was the former headquarters for the Hualien-Taitung Railway (Dispatch Office)
The park is open year-round from Monday to Tuesday, and Thursday to Sunday, from 10:00 to 18:00
