It is a five-story building
The first to third floors are music performance halls
The fourth and fifth floors are the offices and rehearsal rooms of the Kaohsiung Symphony Orchestra and the Kaohsiung Chinese Orchestra respectively
The first floor of the hall is open to the public for 24 hours all year round for visiting
