The temple has undergone several renovations throughout history
The current structure dates back to 1967 when the local Lv family donated land for the temple’s expansion
Renowned carpenter Ye Genzhuang was hired to construct additional side rooms and enlarge the temple
In 2004, due to the temple’s antiquity and dilapidation, villagers dismantled the old structure and pooled resources to rebuild it, which was completed in 2007 and is the present appearance of the temple
