The Bunun Tribe is located in Taoyuan Village, Yanping Township, Taitung County, and is an important tribe in the Huadong Rift Valley

Between November and December each year, the Bunun people hold a millet sowing ceremony to pray for a bountiful harvest

Initially, the song features a four-part harmony, but when the pitch reaches a certain level, eight distinct musical scales emerge
