Rainforest Valley Scenic Area is centered around showcasing the pristine tropical rainforest landscape, featuring towering ancient banyan trees, century-old vines, ‘living fossils’ black tree ferns, giant fairy grass Ganoderma lucidum, the ‘cold-blooded killer’ Antiaris toxicaria, and wild Arenga palms as the six wonders.
The valley is lush and verdant, providing shade from the sun, and is a naturally endowed vast ‘natural oxygen bar’ and a generator of negative oxygen ions, with an average annual temperature of 24 degrees Celsius.
The tour route in Rainforest Valley consists of wooden plank roads, stone steps, and suspension bridges, spanning 3.5 kilometers and divided into three circular routes – large, medium, and small – to meet the touring needs of various groups. The scenic area is open all year round from 08:30 to 18:30.
