The Fruit Island Mango Base cultivates approximately 28,000 high-quality mango trees, including Tainong, Guifei, Ivory, and Australian mango varieties, and has obtained non-pollution agricultural product certification and export qualifications. It has been rated as a Hainan heat-cultivation standardized mango production demonstration garden, a 2017 Sanya demonstration orchard, and one of the top ten agricultural brands in Sanya City. It is also a major scientific and technological project demonstration base in Hainan Province, cooperating with the Institute of Tropical Crops Variety Resources, Chinese Academy of Tropical Agriculture.
The Peak Poverty Alleviation Industry Project and Fruit Island Pitaya Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Garden Project is located in Tianya District, Sanya City, covering an area of 340 acres. It is a heat-cultivation standardized production demonstration garden in Hainan Province and a poverty alleviation employment base in Sanya City, having obtained non-pollution agricultural product certification. The project aims to create a pitaya tropical high-efficiency agricultural science and technology demonstration garden and a key poverty alleviation project pilot. It introduces advanced smart agricultural systems to achieve scientific standardization of the entire production and planting process management, playing a strong leading role in demonstration.
