Shuangfan Stone, located in the Xiangshuwan Scenic Area, is one of the maritime baselines announced to the world by China in 1996, known as the sacred marine spectacle on the 18th parallel north. Shuangfan Stone is also ideal for diving, with clubs available for free diving and scuba diving trips. From June to September each year, the sea conditions around Shuangfan Stone are at their best, with smaller waves, high underwater visibility, and stable water temperatures ranging from 24 to 28 degrees Celsius. Diving spots vary in depth from 5 to 30 meters. The area is not only known for its excellent water conditions but also for the underwater features it offers, including rocks, crevices, sardine storms, and even the occasional encounter with whale sharks, making it one of the top diving spots in the country.
