Longzai Island, located 10 nautical miles off the coast of Yalong Bay in Sanya City, Hainan Province, is a pristine island hidden amidst a bustling tourist area. Surrounded by mountains on all sides, the sea water is crystal clear and transparent, with a horizontal visibility reaching 18-30 meters, indicating excellent water quality.
The island boasts a rich variety of corals, well-preserved and vibrant in color, with a predominance of soft corals. The underwater marine life is abundant, featuring comical clownfish, elegant angelfish, and brightly colored butterflyfish. Occasionally, one might encounter spectacular schools of fish, making it an ideal choice for leisure diving and underwater photography. It is also one of the better diving spots in China for diving experiences.
The island is open all year round from 09:00 to 17:00.
