The Red Detachment of Women was born in Qionghai, and the Red Detachment of Women Memorial Park was established in their honor to commemorate their greatness. Here, one can view numerous historical relics related to the Red Detachment of Women and listen to their historical legends.
The Red Detachment of Women Memorial Park mainly includes the Red Detachment of Women Museum, the Red Detachment of Women Memorial Square, Peace Square, Nanfu Pavilion, and the visitor service center, among other supporting facilities. It will also serve as an important window for the people of Hainan and tourists from across the country to deeply understand the history and spirit of the Red Detachment of Women.
The park is closed all day on Mondays throughout the year; it is open from 09:00 to 17:00 on Tuesdays to Sundays, with specific business hours subject to the day’s opening status.
