Haijiao Stone is located southwest of the Tianya Stone, amidst a cluster of towering rocks that stretch into the sea. Among them, a steep and towering rock stands out, with the inscription ‘Haijiao’ on its top.
Negotiating your way through the crevices of these rocks, you can personally experience the heroic spirit described by Su Dongpo, ‘Chaotic rocks piercing the sky, startling waves crashing against the shore, rolling up thousands of piles of snow.’
Peering into the vast sea through the gaps in the rocks, the ocean appears even more profound and mysterious, contrasting sharply with the open grandeur of the Tianya Stone. The site is open all year round and accessible 24/7.
