Diaoluo Mountain Forest Park is one of the four original forest parks in Hainan. With a total area of 379 square kilometers, the annual average temperature is about 20 degrees Celsius. It is a good place to escape the summer heat. There are numerous natural landscapes here, including giant trees and ancient woods, beautiful lakes and mountains, and more than a hundred waterfalls. Among them, the maple fruit tree waterfall group is relatively famous, with a drop of 350 meters, which is very spectacular. There are also scenic spots such as Xiaomei Lake, the Tomb of the Miao King, and Dali Waterfall in the scenic area. Generally, when visiting Diaoluo Mountain National Forest Park, you can go and return on the same day. If time is not enough, you can also stay overnight at a resort on the mountain. Because the scenery is original and there are many mosquitoes in the mountains and forests, it is recommended to be accompanied by staff in the scenic area when visiting, or go with backpackers with more outdoor experience. There is an 800-meter rainforest plank road on the back mountain. Along the way, there is unlimited original scenery. At the end, you can see a ‘divine tree’. This is also a famous scenic spot in the scenic area. It is said to have a history of 3,000 years. The better tourist season in Diaoluo Mountain is from November in the dry season to March of the following year. Here, flowers are in full bloom and colorful butterflies are dancing, very beautiful and charming. From the end of May to the end of October every year is the rainy season.
