Dahua Jiao is located on the coast in the southeast corner of Wanning City. It is about 18 kilometers away from Wancheng Town. It is a provincial-level nature reserve in Hainan. Dahua Jiao is composed of two mountains, Qian’an and Hou’an. Between the two peaks, there is a valley nearly 100 meters wide. Together with the two peaks, it extends into the vast South China Sea, thus forming a natural bay. The seaside is all covered with pebbles. Dense pebbles have forcefully occupied the entire bay. This is its unique and charming feature.
