Luoyi Village is located in Bailian District, Laocheng Town, Chengmai County, Hainan Province. According to archaeological studies, the village has a history of over a thousand years. During the Song Dynasty, it served as a post station for travel from Hainan to the west, which is how Luoyi Village got its name.
