Tonggu Buddha Light Temple is modeled after the Buddha statue and temple on the summit of Pattaya, Thailand, and is hailed as the ‘Buddha Light of Tonggu’.
Facing the temple, there is a long ‘Pilgrimage Avenue’ staircase leading up to the Buddha statue. The statue stands at a total height of 16 meters, facing the South China Sea, with seven relief Buddhas on the front of the pedestal.
Opening hours: Open from January 1st to December 31st, 08:00-18:30.
