Lanyang Cherry Blossom Paradise is a supporting project of the shared farm constructed by Hainan State Farm Tourism Group Co., Ltd., covering an area of just over 100 acres, it is a ‘pocket-sized’ cherry garden, with more than 1000 ‘Thai Cherry Blossoms’ planted. The cherry blossoms cultivated in the garden are known as tropical flagwood, also called ‘Thai Cherry Blossoms’, with pink flowers. On a sunny day, with the spring breeze blowing, the cherry blossom paradise is filled with white, red, and pink tropical cherry blossoms on every branch, creating a beautiful picture together with the blue sky, white clouds, and green mountains and waters. Many tourists come to appreciate the light fragrance of the cherry blossoms and watch the petals dance in the wind. ‘Thai Cherry Blossoms’ are suitable for planting in subtropical regions, with a distinct feature that they bloom profusely in spring, covering the entire tree with pink flowers, and have a relatively long flowering period, even more spectacular than Japanese cherry blossoms.
