Sanxuantang, the former residence of Liu Yongfu who once served as the Sanxuan Commander in Qinzhou, is well-preserved with a dignified and simple design. The building is adorned with beautiful paintings, exhibiting characteristics of both late Qing Dynasty style and ethnic features.

Upon entering the courtyard of the former residence, the first thing that catches the eye is the white marble statue of General Liu. Passing through the Tuolong Gate leads to the main building. The reception hall in the main building is divided into four sections to showcase Liu Yongfu’s life achievements: Heroes Emerge from Hardship, Raising the Black Flag against the French, Resisting the Japanese in Taiwan, and Displaying the Tiger’s Might in Old Age.
