Guantou Ridge National Forest Park is located on the western outskirts of Beihai City, featuring both forests and a group of marine erosion reefs. The main peak, Wanglou Ridge, stands at an elevation of 120 meters, making it one of the higher points in Beihai City. Climbing to the summit offers a panoramic view of the surrounding coastal scenery.
The undulating ridges resemble a green dragon stretching across the sea. Once a strategic coastal defense location, it is now a renowned scenic spot for sea views. A visit here is incomplete without experiencing the sea activities. Visitors can enjoy beachcombing for shells, digging for clams, crabbing, and fishing with nets. Additionally, one can ride on a beach buggy or take a speedboat out to sea to fully appreciate the ocean views, get up close and personal with the sea, unveil its mysteries, and discover its unique charm.
