The Dongxing Overseas Remittance Museum was the delivery place for overseas Chinese to send overseas remittances to China at that time. It houses numerous books on overseas remittance culture and more than 140 cultural relics related to overseas remittances. The yellowed letter papers are like old photos. Accompanied by familiar yet distant dialects, they travel through the long past, evoking our nostalgia and empathy for ‘home’ with overseas Chinese compatriots back then.
