As a AAA-level tourist attraction and an outstanding popular science education base in Changzhou City in 2021, Changzhou Haichang Ocean Discovery Museum is a large comprehensive oceanarium mainly displaying marine organisms and integrating viewing, tourism and youth popular science education. It contains ten themed exhibition areas including Chinese Rivers Area, Amazon Area, Rainforest Pet Area, Mr. Leopard’s Home, Colorful Organisms Area, Popular Science Station Area, Colorful Coast Area, Underwater Tunnel Area, Fluorescent Wall Painting Check-in Area, and Jellyfish Kingdom. It breeds and displays more than 300 kinds of various organisms with nearly 10,000 individuals. It has become a popular check-in place for Changzhou residents to take their children out on weekends, have parent-child interaction time, and conduct popular science education and training.

Children: Those under 1.0 meter (excluding) need to be accompanied by at least one adult and are free; those between 1 meter (including) and 1.3 meters (excluding) enjoy preferential treatment.

Elderly: Elderly people aged 60 or above with their ID cards enjoy preferential treatment.
Military personnel: Active-duty military personnel (valid certificates are limited to military officer certificates, civilian cadre certificates, sergeant certificates, soldier certificates, and armed police officer certificates) enjoy preferential treatment.
Disabled people: Those with valid disability certificates issued by the disabled persons’ federation need to be accompanied by at least one adult and enjoy preferential treatment.
Supplementary note: One adult can only bring one child with free admission.
