The Nanjing Haichang Ocean Discovery Museum is located on the B2 floor of Nanjing Golden Eagle World. Inside the discovery museum, there are eight themed exhibition areas: Polar Ice and Snow, Colorful Ocean, Ecological Coast, Dreamy Jellyfish, Jungle Tribe, Beach Picking, Mermaid Theater, and Island Store. It has a construction area of 6,000 square meters. There are more than 100 species of organisms and over 3,000 marine and terrestrial organisms on display. Projects such as the mermaid light show and otter interaction in the museum add new visual, auditory, and tactile experiences for visiting customers. The Nanjing Haichang Ocean Discovery Museum is an ocean exploration paradise that focuses on interactive displays of marine organisms and is supplemented by children’s popular science experiences. It features close interaction and immersive experiences for tourists and integrates semi-open interactive marine organisms, popular science education, and entertainment.
Opening hours: From January 1st to October 31st, it is open from 10:00 to 18:00. From November 1st to December 31st, it is open from 10:00 to 17:30 on Mondays to Fridays. From November 1st to December 31st, it is open from 10:00 to 18:00 on Saturdays and Sundays.
