Shangyu Museum

The Shangyu Museum is located at the summit of Alarm Hill on People’s Middle Road in the urban area.

The museum features four main exhibitions: ‘Shangyu Yue Porcelain’, ‘Tianxianglou Steles and Corridor’, ‘Shangyu High-Tech Product Exhibition’, and ‘Liangzhu Cultural Display’.

Shangyu Yue Porcelain primarily displays ceramics from the Hemudu culture to the Northern Song Dynasty, fully reflecting the history of Shangyu Yue Kiln from its inception, maturation, development, to decline.

The Liangzhu Culture mainly showcases the geographical environment and cultural relics of Yingtai’s hometown through images, photographs, and artifacts.

The museum’s unique exterior wall design, integrated layout of the museum and garden, and rich displays make it a beautiful scenic spot in Shangyu City.
