Lion Bridge

Lion Bridge, also known as Li Ren Bridge, is so named because it features eight small stone lions of various shapes carved on the bridge railings, hence the popular name, Lion Bridge.

This bridge has a long history, which can be inferred from the weathering of the lions. Here, one can witness the call of history through the ages, and appreciate the enduring cultural history of Xi Tang, which has been preserved as a fine piece amidst thousands of years of natural and human wear and tear, as well as natural weathering, which is truly remarkable.
