Yuhuatai Martyrs’ Cemetery is one of the largest commemorative cemeteries in New China. The Martyrs’ Execution Group Sculpture, Memorial Hall, and Monument are the main commemorative structures. The cemetery includes five hillocks such as the main peak of Yuhuatai, forming a north-south central axis with the main peak at the center. From south to north, there are the South Gate, Square, Memorial Hall, Memorial Bridge, Revolutionary Martyrs’ Monument, North Martyrdom Site’s large-scale martyr statue, North Gate, as well as the West Martyrdom Site’s martyrs’ tomb clusters, and the East Martyrdom Site’s martyrs, and memorial pavilions. The opening hours are from 06:00 to 20:00 all year round.
