Yuntaishan, originally facing Jinshan across the river, was also known as Yinshan or Yintai Mountain. Due to phonetic changes, it later became known as Yuntai Mountain.
On the summit of Yuntai Mountain, a newly constructed pavilion named Yuntai Pavilion stands, which is a replica of ancient architecture from the Song and Yuan dynasties. The main pavilion consists of four stories, with a total height of 31.5 meters and a construction area of 1773.26 square meters.

The main pavilion and the front hall are connected on the left and right sides by winding corridors to the Erweng Pavilion and the Jiming Hall, forming the Yuntai Pavilion complex.

The opening times are all year round and open all day, with specific operating conditions subject to the day’s opening status.

Must-see tips: There are two ways to ascend Yuntai Mountain. One is from Bosian Park, and the other is from the end of Xijing Ferry Dock Street, where a steep slope leads up. This path requires caution for safety and is quite a test of leg strength.
