Jiangyin Confucius Temple

Jiangyin Confucius Temple is a significant complex of ancient architectural structures located in Jiangyin City. Also known as the Confucius Temple, it was originally established in the third year of the Jingyou era during the Northern Song Dynasty (1036). It serves as a temple for the worship of Confucius throughout the dynasties and was the location of the Confucian educational officials’ offices in ancient times.

The temple is open to visitors from 8:00 to 19:00 all year round.
