Yuyao Art Theater in Zhejiang Province was established in August 1998 by the merger of the original Yuyao Opera Troupe, Yuyao Yue Opera Troupe, and Longshan Theater of Yuyao City. It is a state-run professional literary and art troupe.
The theater integrates drama creation, performance, and reception of domestic and international art performance groups, making it a multifunctional art venue.
