Mu Chao Beach, named after its location in Mu Chao Village, is 40 kilometers away from the county town of Sanmen. It is situated in the southern part of Jian Tiao Port, facing Sanmen Bay and backed by the Paotai Mountain, with the Mu Chao Cape and Paotai Mountain on either side. The beach, which is crescent-shaped, stretches over 300 meters in length and about a hundred meters in depth, with approximately 70 meters still exposed during high tide.
Standing on the beach, one can gaze into the shimmering sea that seems to stretch infinitely. A half-hour boat ride will take you to the Bird Island and the Coral Island known as Shang Ta Dao, where you can appreciate the marine ecological scenery gifted by nature.

The beach is flanked by towering reefs with numerous holes, where the surging tides crash against the natural rocks of Mu Chao Beach, creating a thrilling and delightful scene as they churn up piles of foam. The texture of Mu Chao Beach is delicate and smooth, allowing one to walk without sinking, while the waves gently lap at the shore, creating a visually pleasing pattern.
