Ningbobang Cultural Park is adjacent to Ningbo University and Ningbo University of Technology. It is located in the North Higher Education Park of Ningbo. The whole park is characterized by waterside pavilions, gardens and business group cultural landscapes. The architectural style is in the form of ‘confluence of three rivers’. There are two major theme sculptures of ‘Hundred-meter Relief’ and group sculptures of seven representative industries. It fully showcases the ‘Yongshang Spirit’ forged by the Ningbobang people over more than a hundred years – the patriotic feelings of ‘trees grow high but return to their roots’, the pioneering spirit of ‘daring to be the first in the world’, the open-minded thought of ’embracing all rivers’, the honest moral character of ‘being practical and without falsehood’, and the mutual assistance style of ‘encouraging business and emphasizing righteousness’.
