Located in the heart of Taihu Lake on Changsha Island. The island is surrounded by water on all sides and resembles a phoenix when viewed from above, hence the name Fenghuang Tai.
The entire garden covers an area of eight acres and is exquisitely designed. Inside, the buildings are arranged in a tiered fashion, with towering pavilions such as Yuebo Bridge, Yanyu Pavilion, Shufan Tower, Fengqi Pavilion, and Xiaoshishan House.
