The entire hot spring area is embedded within a well-arranged natural environment of mountains, waters, lush forests, and pastoral landscapes. Upon entering, one instantly merges with the essence of the landscape, the charm of the countryside, and the agricultural atmosphere of the original ecology. Sceneries such as ‘water amidst the misty forests, forests by the fields, and fields within the villages’ form a harmonious atmosphere between humans and nature, endowing a humanistic charm that returns to nature, nurtures the body and mind, and offers leisure and comfort. It is a paradise of harmony between heaven, earth, and people, offering a retreat into the tranquility of nature. The International Buddha’s Light Association’s World General President, Master Hsing Yun, inscribed ‘Living Spring’ for the Ink-Wash pastoral hot springs, with two vigorous characters standing on a large rock to the west of the hot spring swimming pool, vividly shining. ‘Living Spring’ implies an inexhaustible and continuous flow of fresh water, symbolizing wealth and fortune. The Ink-Wash pastoral hot spring area boasts 46 various sizes of hot spring pools, including 1 indoor swimming pool (25m*12.5m, deep water area 1.6m, shallow water area 1.2m), and 2 outdoor swimming pools. In our open-air area, there are also 6 different functional rooms equipped, including 1 unique Longyao sweat room from Yixing, 1 marble slab bath, 1 Chinese medicinal steam room, 1 essential oil room, 1 light wave bath, and 1 sand bath. At the center of the open-air area, there are 2 tea rooms, allowing guests to enjoy distinctive tea, beverages, and snacks while experiencing the hot springs. The hot spring area is equipped with 1280 lockers for male and female guests, with 632 for male guests and 648 for female guests. The first-floor rest hall can accommodate 120 people at the same time. Additionally, there are 10 beautifully decorated SPA massage rooms, 5 luxuriously decorated rest rooms, and 1 gym. Next to the rest hall, there is a buffet restaurant, allowing everyone to savor the unique cuisine of Ink-Wash pastoral while soaking in the hot springs. The perfect combination of Ink-Wash pastoral hot springs with the surrounding natural elements of ‘mountains, waters, forests, stones, and fields’ and the subtle match with the yin-yang balance of ‘metal, wood, water, fire, and earth’ create a unique style of seclusion and Zen, making it a place for nurturing the body, mind, and emotions. The entire text is open all year round from 13:00 to 22:00.
