The design of the golf course is inspired by the sea of clouds over Moganshan, integrating elements such as the undulating terrain, greens, fairways, and bunkers to create a vivid, simple, and imaginative space. The clouds of Moganshan are distinctive, changing with the time, dynamic like floating waves and static like piled cotton. Moganshan is often rainy and foggy, and the fog after the rain is a breathtaking view: the mountain below the waist is completely engulfed by clouds and mist, while the top of Tashan floats above the clouds, like a small island in the ocean.
