Anji Huangpu River Source Rafting is located in Heluxi Village, Dipu Town, Anji County, Zhejiang Province, known as the ‘Bamboo Hometown’ of China. The rafting course spans a total length of 4.5 kilometers. Along the way, the undulations and drops are suitable, with calm waters at times and rapid currents and dangerous shoals at others. Throughout the journey, the scenery on both banks is enchanting, with wild ducks and geese on the water’s surface and fish and shrimp beneath, accompanied by swaying water plants and bamboo rafts. It can be said that the journey is filled with scenery and pastoral charm.
Participating in the rafting requires bravery to pass five challenges. The first challenge: Dragonfly Skimming Water; the second challenge: Riding the Wind and Waves; the third challenge: Advancing Against the Torrent; the fourth challenge: Plunging Downstream; the fifth challenge: Two Dragons Playing with Rafts, United in a Common Cause. Not far from the scenic area, the ‘Crocodile Mountain’ stands majestically, and anecdotes of famous people such as Hu Zongnan and Zhu Le San have left many wonderful legends in the area.
Opening hours are from 08:00 to 17:00 all year round. Supplementary information on preferential policies: 1. For bamboo rafts, individuals 1.3 meters and above must purchase adult tickets, and those between 1 meter and 1.3 meters purchase children’s tickets. For rubber rafts, there are no children’s tickets, and all must purchase adult tickets. 2. In case of holidays, if the number of visitors on the day is too high, you may need to wait patiently for your turn.

Must-see tips: 1. Children under 1.0 meters are not allowed to participate in rafting and kayaking activities. 2. The off-season is from December 1st to March 1st each year, depending on the weather. 3. There are free shower storage lockers, free scenic transportation, and a restaurant opposite the scenic area. 4. Bamboo rafts accommodate 9 people per boat, with someone steering; kayaks are available for 2, 4, or 6 people. 5. During the flood season, the water volume is large, please pay attention to safety.
