The Coloane Library, originally known as the Coloane Public School, was transformed into a library in 1983. The library building is a quaint and elegant single-story Portuguese-style architecture, featuring a veranda supported by six pillars on the facade. It is open to the public from Tuesday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM throughout the year; on Mondays, it is open from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The library is closed after 2:00 PM on the eve of the Lunar New Year and on public holidays. For specific operating hours, please refer to the day’s opening schedule.
